How to request a return
- Email support@glowtechbeauty.shop with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
- Return the item in its original condition, with all included parts and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
